Terms of Service

This document constitutes the Terms of Service agreement governing all access to, use of, and interaction with any products, services, or resources provided by the service operator; It defines the rules, restrictions, and obligations applicable to all users.

No guarantees are made regarding availability, reliability, continuity, performance, or quality of any product or service. Access may be interrupted, suspended, or permanently discontinued at any time without notice. Data may be lost or permanently destroyed without notice or warning.

Scope of Applicability

This document governs all interactions—including, but not limited to,:

• Browsing or accessing public or private services or interfaces,
• Utilizing tools, media, content, or hosted products or services,
• Interfacing with APIs or automated systems,
• Making use of features or functionality, directly or indirectly,
• Holding or maintaining user accounts (if applicable).

By accessing or using any product or service, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this document in full.

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement and applies to any person who accesses, uses, interacts with, or benefits from any product or service provided, regardless of whether such access is authenticated or account-based. The terms within this document apply retroactively and prospectively, without limitation based on method or date of access.

General Terms

• Use of any product or service must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.
  • Unless explicitly stated otherwise, governing law shall be the laws of the United States of America.
• Unlawful use is strictly prohibited, regardless of jurisdiction.
• Users must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Minors (defined as individuals under the age of 18) are not permitted access to, nor utilization of, any products or services.
• Access is strictly forbidden to:
  • Government agencies, law enforcement, intelligence services, military personnel, or any other state actors—whether domestic or foreign.
  • Any individual acting on behalf of, or in affiliation with, such entities.
• Some services or features may require pre-approval, manual authorization, or invitation-only access.
  • Contact the administrator or service maintainer for inquiries.
• Privacy and anonymity are valued and actively encouraged.

• Commercial usage, data collection or data extraction, marketing activity, or unsolicited outreach of any kind is strictly prohibited.

• Users must act responsibly to preserve available system(s) resources, including bandwidth and storage.
• Administration assumes no liability or responsibility for external or linked content.
  • No remote or third-party content is permanently retained, hosted, or archived.

Conduct Expectations

All users and visitors are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with principles of mutual respect, responsibility, and good faith.

Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to,:

• Malicious interference with services or infrastructure,
• Unauthorized tampering, exploitation, or reverse engineering,
• Data collection or data extraction,
• Commercial, marketing, or advertisement activities,
• Spam,
• Harassment, doxxing, intimidation, or personal attacks,
• Discriminatory, hateful, abusive, or otherwise toxic behavior,
• Intentional disruption of community standards or operations,
• Uploading, sharing, or transmitting pornographic material,
• Uploading, sharing, or transmitting content that is obscene, sexually explicit, or illegal in nature,
• Failing to clearly mark or warn others of NSFW (Not Safe For Work) material.

Enforcement and Termination

Violation of any terms may result in immediate restriction, suspension, or permanent revocation of access, without warning or recourse.

Administration reserves the right to enforce terms at sole discretion and may modify, suspend, or discontinue access to any user or device, at any time, for any reason, without obligation to disclose justification.

Modifications to Terms

This document is subject to revision at any time without notice.

It is the responsibility of users to remain self-informed of current term existence(s) and applicabilites. Continued product or service access or use following any modifications, made notice or otherwise, constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service provider disclaims all liability and shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or other damages, losses, or liabilities arising from or related to access to, use of, inability to use, or reliance on any product, service, information, or system provided. All access and use is at the sole risk of the user.

The service provider makes no guarantees or representations as to the safety, legality, reliability, fitness, or availability of any offering and assumes no obligation to maintain, update, or support any part thereof.

By accessing, using, or interacting with any product or service—whether or not an account is created or authenticated—the user expressly and irrevocably agrees to waive, release, and hold harmless the service provider from any and all forms of liability, responsibility, or legal claim.
